Sunday, October 25, 2026 marks the return of the Ancient Fair of San Simeone, the traditional event that brightens Marostica on the last Sunday of October. Dedicated to the town's Patron Saint and serving as a historical Thanksgiving celebration for the end of the agricultural season, the Fair offers a rich program of events blending history, flavors, and fun.

Throughout the day, Piazza Castello and the city center streets will host the exhibition market of typical agricultural products, alongside traditional games and street performers. In the morning, right after Holy Mass, the traditional and evocative blessing of autumn fruits and farm tractors will take place, followed by the award ceremony for the "Zucca + Zucca" (Pumpkin) competition.

The afternoon will highlight the renowned Tombola (Bingo), a moment of great collective engagement for locals and visitors alike, with numbers drawn from the iconic stage.

Food and wine will naturally take center stage: at the stands, you can taste the famous freshly prepared spit-roasted goose, perfectly paired with local Marzemino wine. To the delight of the little ones, the traditional amusement rides in Campo Marzio will complete the program.
